PermitLeads
Terms of service
Last updated October 26, 2026
The service
PermitLeads sends a daily email listing newly approved New York City building permits (from NYC Department of Buildings public records) that fit the trade and areas you choose.
Each lead is marked High or Medium. These are our estimates of how well a job fits your trade, not a promise of work.
Price and billing
$99.00 per month, in US dollars, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel.
Cancelling
The unsubscribe link in every email stops your emails right away.
To cancel billing, email hello@workpermitleads.com.
Free sample list
You can ask for one free sample list per email address, whatever trade or ZIP codes you choose. It’s one email with recent permits for the trade and ZIP codes you enter. It needs no card, costs nothing, and doesn’t renew or turn into a subscription. A subscription starts only if you check out for the $99/month plan.
We limit how many free samples we send each day, and we may refuse requests that look automated.
Our guarantee
If you don't land a job from the leads in your first 30 days, we refund you in full.
This applies to the $99/month plan.
Refund requests go to hello@workpermitleads.com.
Privacy
How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.
